If you are expecting a large number of delegates the time spent on managing individual accommodation requirements and bookings can be enormous (not to mention all those last minute changes!!). This service has proved very popular with many of our clients, especially those who do not have a budget for help with organising their conferences, but would like help with accommodation - one less thing for them to worry about.
