SECTION C:  CONFERENCE EVENTS

CONFERENCE DINNER: Your Conference Registration fee DOES NOT include the Conference Dinner to be held on Tuesday 2nd December at L'Aqua Darling Harbour from 7:00pm - 11:00pm.  Cost of $99.00 per person (inc. GST) includes 3 course meal, drinks (wine, beer & softdrinks).  This will certainly be an entertaining evening so please indicate if you would like to join us at this event.  Numbers Limited Book early to avoid disappointment.

Room reservations for the hotel must be accompanied by a minimum deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation. You are of course welcome to fully prepay your accommodation if you wish

You will be asked to present your credit card on arrival with full payment due on day of departure.

Cheque payments will be accepted. However these payments must be received prior to the start of the Conference and/or check-in date for accommodation (we can only pass on accommodation payments that we have received, if these have not been received the delegate will have to pay the hotel direct)

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Cancellations received in writing by The Hotel Network by 15th September 2008, will be accepted and fees refunded less a $55 administration fee. Substitute participants are welcome. Please note: No refunds will be applicable after this date.

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to The Hotel Network. Cancellation made after 15th September 2008 will attract a penalty payment at the discretion of the hotel/apartment property. Transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted.
