The Hotel Network on behalf of the Public Juridic Persons in the Church Conference 2009 has organised special  rates at the Novotel Brighton Le Sands, Sydney. Please make all accommodation reservations and amendments through The Hotel Network. Conference hotel accommodation must be booked on this form to obtain the special conference rates. Room reservations for accommodation must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation, or preferably, quote a personal credit card number which we can pass onto the hotel to secure your room. A limited number of rooms have been booked at the hotel so please book early.

Cheque payments will be accepted but must be received at least 7 days prior to your arrival otherwise your accommodation will remain unpaid at the hotel. Cancellations & refunds: Cancellation of accommodation made after 10th December 2008 may attract the full stay’s tariff. However, transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted. All accommodation cancellations must be notified in writing to The Hotel Network.
