Exhibitor Booths Companies registering as exhibitors are an extremely important element to the overall theme and content of the Jobs Australia National Conference and we work hard to maximise strong exposure of your display booth to all conference delegates. Booths will be situated within close proximity to the main plenary ballroom and conference breakout rooms of the Hilton Brisbane. Morning, afternoon tea and lunch breaks will be served buffet style, enabling delegates to interact with exhibitors throughout the course of each day. Exhibition Inclusions Cost: $1,650 (inc GST) Size: 3m x 2m Walls: 2.4m high velcro compatible fascia board, across aisle frontages Sign: One corflute sign (1800 mm long x 200mm high) per booth. Computer cut vinyl lettering (max 26 characters) Lighting: Two 150 watt spotlights per booth mounted on light track inside fascia Power: One 240 volts / 1000 watt / 4 amp general purpose outlet per booth regardless of size. Furniture: One trestle table and two chairs - Inclusion of a brief company profile of each exhibitor in the official Jobs Australia conference program. - One complimentary exhibitor registration per booth (covers entrance registration, food and beverages) - Exhibitors will be invited to attend the official Welcome Reception, at no extra charge. Furniture - available for hire through Moreton Hire. Exhibitors will be contacted directly to determine individual hiring requirements. Signage - Exhibitors will be contacted directly, requesting company name in Tiff or Jpeg format. Please note: Additional exhibitor staff will incur a $110.00 fee (inc GST) per person per day to cover registration, food and beverages ($330.00 for 3 days per additional exhibitor staff). However, this fee will not be applicable to exhibitors who have also registered to participate in the three-day conference sessions. |
