 | In 2003 Hotel Network (THN) developed an accommodation broker and management service tailored to meet the unique needs of Commonwealth departments and State Government agencies. The core THN service delivery model is a “Government Accommodation Reservation and Reporting Service” (GARRS) that has been adapted and developed in close consultation with government clients to satisfy their specific service requirements, while also providing improved accommodation standards to traveling APS staff.
THN currently provides accommodation management services to several Federal departments and State Government agencies.The THN model “GARRS” has proven highly effective in introducing substantial service-level improvements, accommodation-rate cost savings and significant administrative efficiencies. GARRS has also provided improved satisfaction of traveling staff and vastly improved monitoring and reporting arrangements. |
